Note: The Anderson brothers, after
having lost their tag titles to Flair
and Valentine the day after Christmas
in Greensboro, teamed with the man who
had formerly been one of their biggest
advisories, Chief Wahoo McDaniel. It
was a cold night in Greensboro, but
the action was hot in that main event.

Note: You will notice the unexplained
change in the main event from the
first promo ad to the second. Flair is
replaced in the main event by
Superstar Billy Graham, who ironically
replace Flair on Mid-Atlantic cards a
year earlier when Flair was on the
sidelines following the Wilmington
plane crash.
Editor's
second note: David Chappell, who is
all-knowing in matters such as these,
reminds me that Flair was out of
action for a brief time having
the surgery on his shoulder.

Note: This was the big international
card the featured the top stars from
the All Japan Promotion run by the
Giant Baba. Note all of
the international match-ups. Parts of
this card were televised in Japan. The
main event featured the red-hot feud
between the Andersons and the team of
Ric Flair and Greg Valentine. The
headline is incorrect and probably
should have read 'Andersons Win,
But Don't Win Titles"
