Weaver-Hawk Reunion I: Reunited, And It Feels So Good by David Chappell
|
Once again, as we did in 2005, a get together with Johnny Weaver and Rip Hawk was arranged while Rip was in town for the NWA Wrestling Legends Fanfest. (Weaver had been unable to attend due to work commitments.) This time, much of the Mid-Atlantic Mafia joined in for a dinner at a local Ham's Restaurant, which Johnny had picked for us. We had hoped Sandy Scott could have joined us as well, but he was unable to make it for the weekend due to his daughter's graduation from medical school. Next time, Sandy. A wonderful time was had by all.
