NWA World Heavyweight Champion

For the first time, the NWA championship wasn't defended in general one-week blocks, as Brisco was brought in for one and two shot deals through out the year until making week long runs in October and November.

Terry Funk won the NWA title from Brisco in Miami Beach FL in December, but Funk would not defend the title in the Mid-Atlantic area until February of 1976.

While this list  is close to complete, we believe we are missing a few title matches. If you have information on an NWA title match we don't have listed here, please let us know at the Mid-Atlantic Gateway.
