George at the site of 'Steamboat's Mid-Atlantic Gym' - 27 years later.
In 1984, Ricky Steamboat opened "Steamboat's Mid-Atlantic Gym" in Concord NC. This is the building, a simple metal structure that now is home to "International Minute Press", a local printing company. What made it magic then was the guy who ran it and the very cool signage in front. Photo taken March 25, 2011
